High Court House

Although designed once as a full remodel to this “Winchester House” despite the architect’s wishes, the complex original home was eventually demolished and entirely rebuilt. Many of the old home’s quirks remain while new amenities have been added and views enhanced. Classic Lake Tahoe home finishes are found inside and out.

The large, efficient kitchen is cloaked in this goodness, as well. The owners, prominent local real estate brokers, continue to send their clients to TGMA for remodels, additions and new homes. TGMA also provided architecture services for their real estate offices as well as a sturdy stone building sign.
